Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely.
Pro members get 5% off and Elite members get 10% off at the Poké Shop (shop.poke-trade.com). You'll receive a unique member discount code to use at checkout. Discounts apply to Poké Shop products only — not marketplace purchases or trades.
If you downgrade from Pro/Elite to Free, your existing listings remain active. However, once you exceed the 25-listing limit on the Free tier, you won't be able to create new listings until you're back under the limit.
We don't offer a free trial, but our Free tier gives you full access to core trading and marketplace features. You can upgrade whenever you're ready — and cancel anytime if it's not for you.
Poke-Trade documents and tracks your trades — it never holds or escrows funds between traders; any cash is settled directly between the two parties. Documented trades are included with your membership: Free members get 3 trades, Pro members get 25 per month, and Elite members get unlimited. The optional Poke-Trade Verified Trade Service (where both parties ship to us for verification before items forward) is a separate service fee, per side, per trade: $59.99 Free, $39.99 Pro, $29.99 Elite. Marketplace seller fees apply only to completed marketplace sales: Free 12%, Pro 8%, Elite 5%. Poké Shop products are sold via our Shopify store with member discounts (Pro 5%, Elite 10%).
It's our premium option for remote trades. Both traders ship their items to Poke-Trade; we verify each item matches the agreed trade, document the inspection, and then forward the items to the new owners (or return them per our terms if verification fails). It is the only standard trade flow where Poke-Trade takes physical custody. It is a verification/logistics service — not escrow of the trade's value. Priced per side, per trade, with member discounts.
