How do trades and fees work?

Poke-Trade documents and tracks trades — it never holds or escrows funds between traders. Documented trades are included with membership: Free 3 trades, Pro 25/month, Elite unlimited. The optional Verified Trade Service (ship both sides to Poke-Trade for verification) is a separate service fee per side, per trade: $59.99 Free, $39.99 Pro, $29.99 Elite. Marketplace seller fees apply only to completed marketplace sales: Free 12%, Pro 8%, Elite 5%. Poké Shop products (Shopify) include member discounts: Pro 5%, Elite 10%.

Can I trade without a paid plan?

Absolutely! Trading is free for everyone. Free users get basic trade matching. Pro and Elite unlock advanced matching with more trade opportunities.

Is there a limit on collection tracking?

Free users can track unlimited cards in their collection. Pro and Elite unlock portfolio analytics, value charts, and investment tracking.

How do payments work for marketplace sales?

We use Stripe for secure payments. Sellers connect their Stripe account to receive payouts directly. Buyers pay with credit/debit card.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep your subscription benefits until the end of your billing period.
