What are the marketplace fees?

Marketplace seller fees: Free 12%, Pro 8%, Elite 5%. Trades have a separate fee — Free 10% or $4.99 (whichever higher, after 5 free trades), Pro 5% or $2.99, Elite 3% or $1.99. Poké Shop products (on our Shopify store) include member discounts: Pro 5%, Elite 10%.

Can I trade without a paid plan?

Absolutely! Trading is free for everyone. Free users get basic trade matching. Pro and Elite unlock advanced matching with more trade opportunities.

Is there a limit on collection tracking?

Free users can track unlimited cards in their collection. Pro and Elite unlock portfolio analytics, value charts, and investment tracking.

How do payments work for marketplace sales?

We use Stripe for secure payments. Sellers connect their Stripe account to receive payouts directly. Buyers pay with credit/debit card.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep your subscription benefits until the end of your billing period.
